Incident in progress: Joomla sites on shared server

We are actively investigating an incident involving Joomla sites on our shared server. Some Joomla-based sites may be unavailable or showing security warnings while we identify affected accounts, clean malicious files, and restore clean backups.

Our firewall and Web Application Firewall (WAF) have been updated to block the attack traffic, and affected accounts have been temporarily suspended to prevent further spread. Non-Joomla websites on the same server are not impacted.

If your site is on Joomla, please do not log into your admin panel or make changes until we confirm it has been cleaned. We will reach out directly to affected site owners with next steps.
